And there's always APA. Or IEEE, which I really need to figure out one of these days (I think it's a variant of Chicago numbered-reference style, but that's about as far as I've gotten).
I suspect it's right next to the "generate helpful feedback which students will actually read and benefit from" button (in some alternative universe which I wouldn't mind inhabiting).

DeleteI dunno. Multiverses have gotten a lot of attention in cosmology research lately, but evoking them strikes me as playing tennis with the net down.
