This is disturbing on a number of levels, starting with certifying people as trained to perform medical procedures that they are not in fact trained to perform (and including having them practice, to the extent they did practice, on each other, without proper safeguards).
But along with everything else that's wrong with this situation, it seems especially horrible to me that he's putting Medgar Evers' name on something fraudulent. That's just sad, all the more so at the present moment.
