Also, I recently bought a small Sunbeam Electric Heating Pad with which to cover my feet when I'm sitting in the library, because my feet can get cold in the library in the colder months. For decades, I put up with that. But now I can keep my feet warm. No need to bring my little heater fan from home--which would be prohibited in most libraries, anyway.
I love the idea of libraries.
