Overcoming Gaslighting in a Higher Education Setting [medium.com]

  1. Thanks for an interesting read. I've seen something similar from higher ups (can you call it gaslighting when it's being done to a large group of people?) twice now. It's sad, but I keep way more records and document a lot more than I used to.

    Not important, but I'd never seen "ombud" before, only "ombudsman".
